Emily is a Chillicothe native who recently returned to the area. She is licensed in both Ohio and Florida. Her background is mainly in criminal defense, trying over 20 jury trials to verdict. Emily also worked at one of Florida's largest law firms practicing insurance defense.
At Benson and Sesser, her primary practice areas will be family and criminal law.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
