William B. Benson

Michael L. Benson

Michael is a lifelong resident of Chillicothe. He attended Chillicothe High School prior to attending Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Michael then graduated from Capital University Law School, and has been practicing law in Chillicothe since that time.

Stephen K. Sesser

Steve is originally from Columbus, and he moved to Chillicothe in 2005. Prior to creating Benson & Sesser, LLC, he served as legal counsel for Taylor Lumber, Inc. in Portsmouth Ohio.

Jordan T. Benson

Jordan's practice is primarily focused on civil litigation, business and real estate transactions, estate planning, and criminal defense. He represents clients all over the State of Ohio, and you can meet with him in both our Columbus office and our Chillicothe office.

Mark C. Melko

Mark has over 20 years’ experience in business litigation and insurance defense work. Mark started his legal career at a small insurance defense firm, where he became the go-to person for business litigation and matters outside the “red light/green light” fact pattern.
